Offered for sale is an original Deutscher Kleinempfänger (DKE) 1938, manufactured by EUMIG Wien (Vienna, Austria). This iconic German radio from the Second World War remains in beautiful, original, and unrestored condition.

The round front medallion features an old hand-engraved swastika. This is not a factory-cast emblem, but a period personalization. The engraving displays the same age, wear, and patina as the surrounding bakelite, indicating that it is an old historical modification, most likely carried out during the Third Reich period. While its exact date cannot be proven with absolute certainty, it clearly shows long-term age and is not a recent addition.
The reverse of the cabinet still bears the original Reichsrundfunk emblem, further confirming its wartime origin.
