An authentic and original World War II U.S. Army foot pump, clearly marked “U.S. - ORD” (Ordnance Department), confirming military issue.
This example features the correct heavy cast iron base with raised markings, a solid steel cylinder, and its original wooden T-handle. The pump shows honest age and field use, with a beautiful untouched patina throughout.
The underside still retains faint manufacturer markings, typical for wartime production pieces. A great and increasingly harder-to-find item that was used with U.S. military vehicles such as jeeps and trucks.
The hose and nozzle are present; these are often replaced over time, which is common for these pumps.
