This is an authentic U.S. Army M1932 aluminum mess kit, marked “U.S. ARMY – Made in Belgium”, produced during 1944–1945 in Belgium as part of a wartime contract for the American armed forces.
These kits were part of a limited production run carried out by Belgian manufacturers to support U.S. troops stationed in Europe during the final phase of World War II.
