very nice original WW2 US Ulster Knife, no cracks or broken parts, working well 
This knife is shown  November, 1944. Apparently there were earlier versions of the knife. This knife has the Phillips head screwdriver on the end to be easier to use on their ski equipment.
The Phillips head is still very well defined.
