WWII undershirt in cream-coloured knitted fabric, featuring long sleeves, ribbed cuffs and a round neckline. Retains a stamped laundry marking inside the neck and a small sewn identification tag.

A fairly rare surviving item of everyday wartime clothing, ideal for completing a uniform or barracks display.

In worn condition, with heavy staining, discolouration, holes and tears, particularly around the shoulder and lower hem. Offered as found, with clear signs of age and use.
