Beautiful original WWII U.S. Navy Officer’s Khaki Visor Cap, manufactured by S.W. Rice Co.
Featuring the original U.S. Navy officer’s eagle, shield & crossed-anchor insignia and the impressive oak-leaf embroidery on the visor, indicating Commander rank.
The cap remains in very good original WWII condition. The visor shows no major cracking or crazing. Complete with gold chinstrap and buttons.
The interior is very clean with its basket-weave construction, full leather sweatband and original celluloid sweat shield still present.
The internal metal stiffener can be removed to create the classic WWII “crusher” look.
